CAR. ------------------------------ Since discussing the matter with you, when it was agreed that the present type thrust and the alternative New Departure type bearing were not up to load, but it appeared as if the larger New Departure would be satisfactory, possibly nothing more has been done as we may have the larger New Departure on the cars running in France.
