Experimental Dept. TO: Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} D25/DL13.12.23. I understand that at night time, cars are being taken out of the Experimental Dept. without going through the gates controlled by our watch-men and that they have no log book, in accordance with the Act of Parliament. If cars are taken out without being entered in the Log book, they are not covered by insurance and if at any time there are complaints by the Police (who have the right to inspect the log book) we may find ourselves liable to pay a fine. I have no doubt you will kindly have this matter attended to. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} | ||
