Referring to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/R20.4.38, RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}1/MC23.4.38 and RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}6/MJ.25.4.38, I have discussed this matter with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}

In view of all the facts of the case we have come to the conclusion that the second hundred in 'M' Series should not be fitted with Girling brakes. The last 75 may never be made.
