To B.J. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} 78460 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/LG1.7.25. NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I CHASSIS. 7870 With reference to BJ3/H30.6.25. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} will be able to report what is being done as regards improving the finish of the parts you have criticised. As regards your request for a sample petrol filler cap to be sent to London. We suggest it would be better for you to see the complete chassis. We are expecting to take this car to WW. next week, and after Mr. Royce has seen it, we could arrange to send it to London. Apart from the filler cap, there are quite a number of new features which Sales may consider have altered the appearance of the car. The car will only be fitted with a test kit.
