Re Cadillac Car.
----

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}9/LG27.7.20. We regret that we have not been able to get delivery of this. We have ascertained that the Cadillac people have received a cable from America saying that their first shipment is being despatched in August. The chassis we have is one of the first shipment. We are not likely to get it, however, until early September. The cargo boat takes about three weeks. We understand that no new Cadillacs have yet been delivered, except the trials car, in this country.
