Portable Model which can be connected to any Electric Light Circuit, as they have no Power Circuit at Bond Street and therefore they could not use our BV4 Trolley models.

The pumps supplied in the Hand Portable Model is our BV1 and the latter can only inflate to 70 lbs would be more than sufficient for their pruposes.

We would be greatly obliged if you would kindly test the pump thoroughly and give us your opinion os same, as up to now you have only been able to test our old 1923 FRICTION DRIVE Models, and we think that in all fairness, you should test out later friction drive models, before giving a definite opinion.

It is quite understood (and we impressed this fact at your London Garage) that our pump cannot be used continuously for 12 or 24 hours, but that it can only be used intermittently, for the inflation of tyres.

Thanking you in anticipation for the trouble and assuring you of our best attention at all times.

We are,
Yours faithfully

A Picard
