Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X.3729 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/LG20.6.22. Aluminium wings have been abandoned on cars for a great number of years. Sheet steel is a material used on all wings supplied to us. I would suggest we might submit the R-R design of wings to Mr. Price and let him estimate for them. I do not think any novel type of aluminium wing would appeal to us. In any case before he went to any expense in making wings, we would recommend he submitted the proposed design of wing to us. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
