three per centum of the sales price ex works, of all engines or engine parts embodying any feature of the Kadenacy System manufactured and sold by the Licensees or their Sub-Licensees hereof. The engine parts in respect of which royalties shall be payable shall be those described in a Schedule to be agreed between Armstrongs and the Licensees from time to time.

5. THE Licensees will keep at their usual place of business books of account relating exclusively to the said royalties and containing such true entries complete in every particular as may be necessary or proper for enabling the amount of the royalties hereby reserved to be conveniently ascertained and will at all reasonable times produce the said books to Armstrongs or to a duly qualified accountant authorised by them and will permit them or him to inspect the same and take copies or extracts therefrom and will give all such other information as may be necessary or proper to enable the amount of the said royalties to be ascertained as aforesaid.

6. WITHIN one calendar month after the thirty first day of July and the thirty first day of January in each year during the continuance of this Licence the Licensees shall furnish to Armstrongs a true and complete statement in writing in respect of the six calendar months ending on such thirty first day of July or thirty first day of January as the case may be showing the number of engines and engine parts manufactured and sold by the Licensees and their Sub-Licensees and the amount of royalties due hereunder in respect thereof and within fourteen days after the delivery of each account shall pay to Armstrongs the amount due thereunder.

7. EVERY Engine manufactured by the Licensees or their Sub-Licensees under the terms hereof shall be manufactured in works owned or wholly controlled by the Licensees or their
