RE L'HERMETIC FOR JOINTING.

Would you kindly note that I have another sample tin of L'hermetic and I would like you to make the following experiment with same:-

Treat one side of all paper joints with L'hermetic so that the paper, which forms the joint is stuck fast to one of the members making the joint.

The object of this of course is to prevent the paper being torn when the parts are being removed.

What we wish to have tested is whether the material will adequately stick down the paper to one surface and at the same time leave the other face of the paper joint that it will do its duty as a jointing material.

I am sending you herewith the second small tin in case you have used up the original one.

BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}
