Dear Sirs, We have received your letter of the 2nd. inst. ref. S.10, and have noted the contents for which we thank you. We are sending you herewith a drawing of a car heater switch and rheostat (DCD.709) which we are likely to want to use with any car heater which we may adopt. Would you let us know whether you would be prepared to make these switches for us, and let us have a quotation for supplying them (a) in lots of 200, (b) in lots of 1,000. Will you please give us alternative quotations for supplying this switch exactly as drawn and also with the dial plate chromium plated and chromium plated cap fitted to control knob, so that the external finish is entirely chromium. The tool costs should be quoted separately from the unit price. The writer would very much like to discuss one or two points relating to car heaters with Mr.Grosé if he could make it convenient to call in the near future if he happens to be in or near Derby.
