CJ., who knows the above gentleman, brought him in to my office to-day, in order that he might show me a new petrol filter, which Sir Egerton thought might interest us, not only for Cars but for Aero Engines. I examined the sample shewn me by Sir Egerton, and arranged with him that he should send a sample to you, in order that you might examine and report upon it technically, and, if necessary, forward it to Mr. Elliott.

You will, therefore, receive in the course of a few days, addressed to you, a sample filter for 20-HP. and upwards, and no doubt you will in due course advise CJ. what you think of it, in order that he may communicate with Sir Egerton Graeme.
