BALLAST RESISTANCE FOR BATTERY IGNITION ON 18-GIV

It will be remembered that the contact points on the last 10,000 mile test on the above chassis were burnt very badly due, as suggested in a report, to the effect of the air stream through the radiator cooling the ballast resistance unduly. We should be glad, therefore, if you will instruct for the ballast resistance on this car to be shielded before the next 10,000 mile test is undertaken.
