- 3 - Popping in Exhaust. This matter is of course not one that is specifically recorded at present in the quarterly return of complaints, but W's help is required because it is becoming very much a matter of complaint amongst the owners of new 25 h.p. cars, who are replacing earlier models, which as we know, did not suffer at all from this trouble. In the quarter ending June 30th last, N. dealt with twelve cases and during the last two months they have dealt with a further eighteen cases, twelve of which were customers' complaints and six policy jobs. We have one or two recurrent cases, such as that of Mrs.Hamilton, GSY-91 who at one moment actually held up an order for a Phantom II because of her dissatisfaction with the "25" and fear that the same trouble would be present on the Phantom II. ---oOo--- PHANTOM II. It was agreed that Br should prepare a few notes dealing with complaints of this model, to be discussed at the meeting and put into their order of importance there. H.{Arthur M.
