Fix for an electrical failure due to a shorting regulator, questioning why it affects the Phantom III but not Bentley models.

Archer}18/T.23.9.37., we have provided Insulating Washers to lift the regulator higher up, and also added additional insulation between the wire in question and the metal brackets. Can you suggest any reason why the conditions for this unit are any worse on Phantom III than on Bentley, as this type of regulator unit has been fitted to all the 4¼ Bentleys, and as far as I know, we have never had a failure.
