HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/WSC.{W. S. Cassel}1/CB.3.2.39.

3.B.50 Chassis.
This chassis is ready for the coachbuilder with the exception of the bonnet -
By/NS.{Norman Scott} promised drawings for the rest angles immediately we have received one side.
It must be remembered that this chassis is also built up with temporary axle, steering, front suspension, etc. Correct details should be ready for fitment immediately the car is returned from the coachbuilders.

11.B.V Chassis.
Specification HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/WSC.{W. S. Cassel}1/BA.21.1.39, should have careful consideration with a view to obtaining a completion date.

12.B.V and 4.B.50 Chassis.
WSC.{W. S. Cassel} was requested to issue specification as soon as possible.

B.V Bumper Chassis.
We are now requested to fit a dashboard, radiator and bonnet to this chassis.
It was pointed out that a scheme would be necessary showing how the dashboard is to secured. By/NS.{Norman Scott} promised to look into this and report on same.

Phantom III Tappets. ECD.635, 766, 777.
Details were reported to be completed - Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} to allocate an engine.

Wraith Gear Box adapted to B.V.
HJ. reported that this was progressing satisfactorily. HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} stated that there was to be no hold up and that the completion date, 7.2.39 was to be kept.

ENGINE UNITS.

B.80 No. 1.
Tests are still proceeding with modified tappets. RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/Vic. and Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} are working in conjunction with AG.
