We are somewhat concerned at the wear which took place on 28-EX rear drum. We have been talking to Mr. Longley of Ferodos and in his experience the wear of these cast-iron drums is exceedingly sensitive to their composition. We are sending him one of our photomicrographs and his opinion on it would be interesting.

In the meantime I think it would be as well to let Messrs. Lake & Elliot have a sample of a drum and get their opinion on it.
