Dear Sirs, Further to our conversation on the subject, we hand you herewith our chemist's report on the Milanite drums which gave us trouble, and also a Photomicrograph of the drum which gave the full performance. We shall be indebted to you if you could give us your opinion on this composition. Regarding the enclosed Photomicrographs, A.759 and A.760 were taken from the original material which Messrs.
