Herewith is a copy of the Minutes of the meeting held in London with reference to the issue of an I.T.P. to Rolls-Royce Ltd.

The Minutes do not record one of the first observations made at the meeting, which was that any statement as to how R.R. intended to produce the engines was premature, since no planning could be carried out until the I.T.P. had been produced. It would not seem to be worth while correcting this point at the moment, however.
