Phantom III Flywheel.
--------------------

We send herewith a print of N.Sch. 4939 showing a design for a damped spring flywheel for this car.

This is to be regarded as experimental only.

We give particulars of two strengths of damping springs. The stronger spring is proportioned to that used on the Bentley, but it seems to us that owing to the much reduced torque variation on the Phantom III engine the weaker spring is likely to be required.
