ZV4/9.1.33. cont. (g) EXHAUST FISH-TAIL. On the car seen by Sales this was 1.300ins. futher back relative to the rear crossmember than on the 25HP. Derby have been instructed to move it forward. (h) CONTROLS ON THE STEERING COLUMN. The complaint that the trottle control was operated when the driver want to dipp the headlamps must have occurred on the first car on which the dipper stroke was too great. "E" is making slight modifications to the finger grips with a view to reducing their heavy appearance. The writer thought that the dipper control worked too stiffly. The apparent size of the whole of the wheel centre and controls is being reduced and a sample set will be shown to Sales at an early date. EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
