MODIFIED SIDE CARRIER FOR ARTILLERY WHEELS.

Herewith we send N.sch.2364 shewing the modif-
ication to the side carrier for artillery wheels, overcoming the
objection raised to our first scheme that when the wheel was not
in position the conical plate might make a noise.

We have put this up to R.{Sir Henry Royce} but in the meanwhile
if you require to make these carriers we suggest that it can
be used.
