Secret memorandum regarding modifications to the change gear lever for the Spectre Gearbox.

Sch.4544 herewith shows the change gear lever as modified to suit the horizontal hand brake lever with the gate unaltered in position in the floorboards from that with the vertical brake lever. The various angles made by the lever are as on our N.Sch.4390 for the horizontal brake lever which means of course that the increased leverage of the gearbox actuation N.Sch.4468 is required.
