Dynamometer Testing - Phantom III Axle and Gearbox. We attach a report showing the recent dynamometer testing we have carried out to prevent gears coming out of mesh. We have been successful with the universal ring to N.Sch.4824 in preventing second speed from coming out. This is to confirm that as arranged during the Conference yesterday, By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} will issue for production as soon as possible pieces exactly like those which passed the test without failure. The Piece Nos. of these parts are Ex.24353/4/5.
