RECEIVED A.D.O. NOV 29 1932 H x7460. Petrol Tanks - 20/25HP & Phantom II. We submit for serious consideration that the present two level Tank Unit with its associated filters can be deleted, and that in its stead we have two ordinary union connections in the forward part of the tank. The advantages of this scheme are:- (1) It would definitely improve the appearance of the rear part of the chassis. (2) There would be a considerable saving in cost of production. We suggest that with the edge filtration of the petrol at the carburetter end of the supply that filters in the tank are unnecessary. LID{A. J. Lidsey} See me HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
