Re E.A.C. 2, chassis No. 93-NK.

The brakes on this car which I ran last week-end, seem to be a very great improvement since I ran the car last Whit. week.

Whilst it is possible to get all the braking power necessary, probably slightly more effort is required, but it is not nearly so violent in it's action.

The Worm Gear on the Servo mechanism also seems to be much quieter than previously.

I tried and managed to obtain the effect of uncontrollable steering when the brakes are applied violently on a bend, but did not obtain it when driving in an ordinary way.

I noticed squeaks in the Foot-brake Pedal mechanism.

The Engine appears to be very much softer than before. Whilst it has quite as much power, there is no unpleasant vibration noticeable.

It seems inclined to detonate with an advanced ignition, which appears to be rather strange considering the silkiness of the Engine.

I consider the steering is far too stiff to call it a sample of what we should supply to customers.
