My dear Mr. Robotham:

We had a letter from you dated December 3rd, which Mr. Redner answered on December 31st, relative to the oil filter and concerning the possible interest of S. Smith & Sons. I would appreciate very much hearing from you as to whether these people are still interested in making a filter over there; and if so, what kind of a proposition would they be interested in.

It does not look as tho I would be able to come over for some while. I just had a letter from Dick Taylor today and I was reminded to write you. If you see Dick, please remember me most sincerely to him.

With very best regards, I am

Very truly yours,

Jervis B. Webb
