Dear Sirs,

We have received the sample filler and drain tap which you promised us and have examined same. With regard to the filler, we are interested in this as a radiator filler and observe that it has what appears to be a spring steel star incorporated in its construction.

We should like to know whether this spring star has been in any way treated to prevent rusting when in contact with hot water. If so, how.?

We should also like to have your quotation for :-

(a) The drain tap as supplied in lots of 200.

(b) The filler as supplied, but with the spring star plated or copper deposited if it is not at present anti-rust treated - in lots of 200.

An early reply will oblige.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
