To GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re Bentley Complaints.

In going through the Quarterly Complaints schedule, Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}5/HR.23.10.36 I notice on Page 2 complaints about brakes binding and the note at the side says: 'We think this requires improvement'.

I referred to your recent memo. on Bentley complaints to see what was being done but I found that it was not one of the complaints enumerated.

Would you please go into the matter as it appears to be fairly serious judging by the numbers recorded.

Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}
