(8) Hardy will get out a steering specification for 38-KX. At the same time he should consider some means of measuring the irreversibility of steering under road conditions.

(9) Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} will get out a specification for the red SpectreCodename for Phantom III car which will include gearbox change, clutch centre change, torque reaction dampers to be fitted if possible on existing crankcase, 7" air silencer to Lec.4712, and Marston Mark VI radiator.

(10) Hardy will follow up the failure of the bumper bar on B-56-BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} as reported by GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}, and let me know what has been done to cure the trouble.

(11) Hardy will issue a specification for steering on Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s car.

(12) Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} will issue a revised specification for 21-G-IV, which will include Leslie's recommendations for low rating springing, and Hardy's for steering.

(13) Dodd will co-operate with West in arranging for a cold start to be made on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III.

(14) Salt will communicate with Strombergs with a view to getting Fisher up to complete carburetter bench tests.

(15) Leslie will urge as far as possible N.Sch.452 and N.Sch.453. 3 Sets being required, 1 for the bump, 1 for SpectreCodename for Phantom III 1, and 1 set for W. Bell.

(16) Matthews will ensure that he gets an up-to-date set of carburetters and induction pipe for his test bed work.
