X.2512 Condensers.

Upon receipt of EFC1/T15.2.21, we wrote the General Electric Co.Ltd. sending them a copy of your note of the 9th ult. giving particulars of the tests carried out on condensers used for battery ignition.

We are now in receipt of a note from the General Electric Co.Ltd. stating that Mr.Goodman, of the Dubilier Co. and Mr. Jackson, of the Gen.Elect.Co. will visit our Works immediately after lunch tomorrow (Wednesday), 2nd inst. to discuss with us the various points which have been raised in correspondence.

One of the points we shall have to discuss has reference to the number of condensers which we are under liability to receive from the Gen.Elect.Co. If the arrangements in our Works are such that we can ourselves produce, without difficulty, all the condensers we require, our best policy would be to endeavour to obtain the consent of the Gen.Elect.Co. to cancel the balance of the condensers on order. Will you please let me know whether our arrangements are such as will enable us to produce all the condensers we need.

Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} md.
