Set of .265 diameter. Excellent cable but has wires fitted to nauseating smell. 4.B.IV 14.6.35. mls. not known owing to car out of works. Set fitted to 21.G.IV 6.6.35. & 4.11.35. 18093 miles. Black cotton braided Helsby. Cable has been tested Completed a cellulose according to Spec.EL.1 10,000 miles varnished Polished EL.9 and reported test satisfac- black 40/.010 RS{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}/M.11 tory and conductors .280 dia. Note 3 samples broke recommended down at 2000 VRMS after for use as std. 45 secs. Tested on 5.B.IV. Black cotton braided Helsby. Breakdown test after Nil. with varnished cambric 24 hrs. immersion in tape polished black water with withstood 19/.012 conductors. 20000 VRMS without .286 diameter. breakdown for 1 min. Cellulose fabric Maconite. Tested to spec.EL.1 Set of wires covered, black & EL.19 and reported fitted 18.G.IV polish finish. RS{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}/M.16 20.4.35 & 26.10.35. 5129 miles Set of wires on SpectreCodename for Phantom III III having done 10000 miles test. Set of wires fitted to 3.B.IV 22.1.35 & 9.11.35. 11791 miles. Note. Helsby "Thiokol" cable fitted on SpectreCodename for Phantom III IV, V & VI. | ||
