Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 4/LG19.7.27.

With reference to your note attached.
We sent these speedometers away under cover of Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 3/LG21.6.27. to Roy {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} /Ms.
They have now been received in the Expl: Stores and G.R. is being issued.
We consider that the A.T. Co. should have done this work for nothing as we are doing them a good turn in retaining a number of speedometers that we could have justifiably asked them to rectify free of charge.
Roy. {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} is conversant with the situation.

Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
