SECRET 66A To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re Wraith Carburetter Flooding on a Gradient. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}2/E19738 Thanks for Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}12/R16.7.38. As a matter of fact after receiving your former note I made enquiries and was pleased to hear that there had not been 25/30 complaints arising out of this matter. I did, however, give instructions for the Inspectors etc. be circulated as to the treatment if they heard of anybody suffering from it. I am glad to know that the trouble is not as serious as I originally thought it might be and am quite satisfied now that I know that the difficulty of starting can easily be overcome by opening the throttle.
