The arrangement for fitting general filters to Bentley and Rolls Royce cars.

RE: GENERAL FILTERS.


With reference to the arrangement for fitting the
above filters to Bentley and Rolls Royce cars. The
blue prints, tracing and fitting instructions are
completed and handed to F.{Mr Friese} Dodd at Clan Foundry.
Lists of all chassis Nos. are also included.

The drawings for the two new pipes and the 3-way
connection for attachment to main oil feed were handed
to B. Hollingworth for the necessary parts to be made.

The difficulty at the time of leaving the job was
a casting for the 3-way connection and Dorricott had
this in hand.

All that is required to complete the job is erecting
the parts when made and a photograph.

The general filter and parts for fitting obtained
from London (Br's Dept) were not used and are good
stock.
