| Sheet #4 March 18th 1918. Batteries were put on charge at 10 amp discharging 120 amp per start of twenty seconds. Charging was then cut at six amperes, and forty-four more starts were made, after which reading was taken as follows: BATTERY NO. Batteries were put on charge at 6 amp discharging 130 amp of 25 seconds at seven minute intervals. Six starts were made when No. 1 Willard failed. No. 2 Willard failed on next Start. Two more starts were made when No. 3 Multiple failed. Forty-two more starts were made from No. 4 Multiple before it failed. March 24th 1918. These batteries are now fully charged (Multiple)and are being held for further instructions. | ||
