REGULATOR RESISTANCE UNIT BURN-OUTS.
All Chassis - RR.Sch.896.

Please receive herewith details made from the above scheme which provides a fuse and additional resistance wire, so that should the regulator stick, a burn-out will not occur.

The new parts required are :-

D.76038 - Support. 1 off.
D.76039 - Support. 1 off.
D.76040 - Bobbin. 1 off.
D.76041 - Fuse. 1 off.
D.76042 - Pillar. 1 off.

In addition, we shall require :-
21 Ft. of S.W.G. Wiggins "Brightray" Glowray D.C.C. Bare Oxidised Resistance Wire.

KB.1311A - Bolt. 2 off.
K.4304A - Nut. 6 off.
K.4405A - Washer. 2 off.
K.9005A - Washer. 1 off.
DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}689 - Stud. 1 off.

Please have a unit built up in accordance with LOP. D.54562, Standard Cutout and Resistance Unit, substituting the new parts for the following standard pieces which will not be required.

D.100452 - Support. 2 off.
D.100453 - Stud. 2 off.
D.100454 - Bobbin. 1 off.
D.1687 - Nut. 4 off.
K.1802A - Screw. 2 off.
D.1395 - Plain Washer. 2 off.
26 S.W.G. "Eureka" Res: Wire - 17 1/2 Ft.
