X.2675.-HASLER REVOLUTION COUNTER.
(Speedometer)

We badly require another revolution counter for the Exptl: Dept: as it very frequently happens that this is needed by the test houses when it is in use on our experimental work, and vice versa, thus causing great inconvenience. Further we really solely depend upon the one instrument we have for accurate reading of speed on the experimental test engines, as it is considered by Mr. Hives that the tachometer belonging to the test apparatus is not sufficiently reliable, so that in the event of breakdown in this revolution counter we should have no accurate means of taking the engine speed.

We shall be glad therefore, if Mr. Wormald will give his signature to this sheet and pass it on to the Order Office. The revolution counter should be similar to 9959/1914 and should be ordered from the Hasler Telegraph Works, 26, Victoria Street, London S.W.
