engine and down to an incline. This again is a matter of improving appearance.

Cam for Throttle Governor.
-------------------------

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} wishes to arrange to have half the amount of opening allowed by the governor at half quadrant position. The amount of opening allowed I take it will be that allowed for by the cam arranged by Mr.Clough.
An arrangement by which half opening would be obtained with half quadrant would be by toggling one of the levers so as to get a slow opening increasing in speed.

I wish to confirm the three points on the oil relay that Experimental wish to modify, namely, a stop to control the governor lever moving 24º; a modification to increase the clearance at the bottom of the cylinder barrel so that the control cylinder is open to oil pressure when the governor control valve is at the bottom of its stroke; modify the little coupling so that it can be pinned finally from the bottom instead of at the top.
