To Pn.{Mr Northey} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} X432 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5/MJ.6.3.31. FLUID FLYWHEEL DAIMLER. We want to have one of these cars available to make a comparative test with our Maybach change when we meet at Bignall's Corner next week. We understand that Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} knows Mr. Inston very well and suggest that the simplest way for him to obtain one of these car would be for him to ask that Company for the loan of one. If this could be arranged it would be very much nicer than by geting hold of a car by "back door" methods as this is always likely to cause ill-feeling.
