Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/R.1.8.39.

12-B-V, which is representative of the Ripple,
with the exception that it has a Bentley radiator on it,
was handed over to Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} on July 28th for running.

In view of the fact that we have two cars
running in France, which are largely composed of the same
bits, we consider the most useful thing we can do with 12-B-V
at present is to run it under London traffic conditions.
