Arrangements for testing an SS car at Elstree and bringing other experimental vehicles for trials.

Smith} car which are fixed to be carried out on Friday at 11 a.m. at Elstree. We propose bringing two SS.{S. Smith} cars, one of them being the car 19EX that PN.{Mr Northey} had, the other car will either be 21-EX or 18-EX (Mr. Royce's car). We also expect to bring the 20 HP. car fitted with 3 1/4" bore cylinders so that you will have an opportunity of trying this car before it leaves for France. We are making arrangements for it to go to WW. on Monday and expect it will cross over on Tuesday. The car will be available at Chateauroux for any other officials to try, if they wish.
