For the attention of Mr.West.
Dear Sirs,
The cold room is booked for Wednesday next, but is otherwise free. We could arrange either Monday, or Friday for you; we generally allow a spare day after a booking in case the tests are required to be repeated. If, however, you are not likely to require two consecutive nights, Tuesday is quite suitable to us.
Perhaps you would be good enough to let us know by telephone on Monday morning what day you would like to send the car over.
Yours faithfully,
JOSEPH LUCAS LIMITED.
R.Barrington
