Messrs.Joseph Lucas, Ltd.,
Great King Street,
BIRMINGHAM, 19.

For the attention of Mr.Barrington. (Laboratory.)

Dear Sir,

We are anxious to carry out further cold starting tests and we wonder whether it would be trespassing too much on your generosity to ask you to lend us your cold chamber for the purpose of these tests. You will be interested to know that we are going ahead with our own cold chamber but as it will be some time before this is finally installed it would be extremely helpful to us if you could kindly permit us to use your chamber again.

Will you kindly say which dates would be convenient to you.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
