Dear Mr. Fairey,

We will arrange to send your car back to you by Friday next the 26th inst., we should be glad if you will let us know where you would like it delivered to.

We believe when you have it back that we shall have entirely satisfied you as regards the brakes. The clutch also should give you no trouble. There will be a certain amount more power, although we find at present that the power is above the average.

As regards the front fender, we are making a complete job of this by fitting new front dumb irons; this will mean obtaining another front bumper but we think this is the only way to ensure an absolutely reliable job.

The examination of your car shows that the central oiling scheme has been rather neglected - it has not been operated sufficiently. We adopt the policy of pressing the pump every morning when first starting up and then after every 100 miles.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
