Bailey - Chief Engineer} /Mtn. with covering note. Send 1 copy to By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /MW. without covering note. When returned from G {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} /Rb. {R. Bowen} 16, further copies to be typed, and sent out to all official excepting Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} As returned from officials tick off on record sheet. When all copies have been signed and returned, make out completed copy and send to Sg. {Arthur F.
