C2/B23.6.25. I have spoken to C.J. with regard to the attached, and we are of the opinion that the best form of body for the Experimental Department to have is one which reproduces sounds, rather than one which deadens sounds. For this purpose it might be advisable for Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} to have a body which has already given us trouble in regard to reproducing sounds, and if we have to spend £625 on buying a new body, it would probably be a good chance for us to offer to buy back from a dissatisfied customer a booming body and offer to supply him with a Cabriolet or some other body that would not boom.
