To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} x324 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.12/KW.22.6.36. We send you herewith a rigid blade type of Cadillac fan, which has been removed from the Cadillac car. As tested at Brooklands this fan gives very much more assistance to the car's cooling than does our Ph.III fan. We should therefore like you to make an adaptor to permit us to run the fan on our Ph.III fan hub; it should position the fan so that the leading edges of the blades are approximately 1.5" from matrix. We can then test this fan on the Ph.III in conjunction with the higher speed pulleys which you have practically completed. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std. | ||
