+7962 To D/L. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}12/KW. 8.3.35. Re B-35-AE. Mr. Hall. Replying to D/AWS/S9. 6.3.35. We think there was some mistake with regard to standard headlamp brackets being fitted to this car. The parts fitted were to EX.16233/4/5. This is a cross member between the headlamps, and was considered necessary to prevent these falling off during the race. It constitutes a definite improvement to the car, so we do not think Mr. Hall should object to paying for it. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
