Messrs. The Packless Gland Co.Ltd.,
Teddington Works,
Windmill Road,
Sunbury,
Middlesex.

For the attention of Mr. Martin-Hurst.

Dear Sirs,

We have received your second sample bellows for which we thank you and think that it would be suitable for the job in question.

Further we consider it would be a better job than the Cornercroft bellows. Unfortunately so much time has passed between the evolution of this scheme and the present date that the Cornercroft bellows has run a standardisation test without any trouble, and therefore will be standardised for the present.

We shall however run a similar test on your bellows and will acquaint you with any developments resulting from same.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
