With regard to the noise side of the question, I do not know whether your scheme takes only power into account, or whether it is also supposed to effect a suitable degree of silencing. I should be very glad if you could give me some further dope on this. Now about the Phantom. I am afraid that obtaining cars for odd tests is not a very easy proceeding, and I am very much afraid that figures from this engine will have to wait until we get a unit on the bed.
